Local leader joins IMA's legal team
The IMA Financial Group is excited to announce Eric Pauly has joined the organization as associate general counsel, where he will manage the legal department and will be the primary attorney for matters involving corporate law, securities law, intellectual property, debt/equity structuring, real estate management, mergers and acquisitions and tax law. Pauly will work with General Counsel SueAnn Schultz as she transitions to Chief Administrative Officer for The IMA Financial Group.
Prior to joining IMA, Pauly was a partner at Foulston Siefkin, LLP, specializing in corporate, tax, real estate and securities law. Pauly brings a depth of legal experience and expertise that will enhance IMA’s growth through revenue stream expansion and diversification, profitability through real estate management and equity initiatives, and independence through innovative ownership structures and capital finance strategies.
Pauly graduated from Colorado State University with a business administration degree with concentrations in computer information systems and finance. He was a three-time academic All American and two-year captain of the CSU football team. Pauly attended Washburn University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and then obtained his masters of law in tax from New York University, where he was the graduate editor for the NYU Tax Law Review.
Pauly is married to Terra Pauly, DDS, and they have four children. He is a board member for Rise Up for Youth in Wichita and active with the United Way of the Plains. Eric is located in IMA’s Wichita office.
