IMA featured in story about client and talent retention
As a part of a larger story in Leader's Edge magazine on how insurance brokers are upping the ante to attract prospective clients and new talent, The IMA Financial Group, Inc.’s new building and CEO Rob Cohen were highlighted as a best practice. It covered Cohen’s vision for a comfortable collaborative environment including Rocky Mountain-themed stairwells with artwork and sounds of chirping birds, the first privately run Starbucks in the country and even Cohen’s office with just three walls to invite interaction.
